Family Service Association has an opportunity available for (21-30 hours per week) part time Clinician in our In Home Therapy Program. LMHC/LICSW supervision available and provided.

The successful candidate must either be a Master's level therapist or in his/her second year (currently completing his/her internship *) of a Master's Program with a clinical track, or license eligible, providing medically necessary services to children with Severe Emotional Disturbances in the home and community setting. Must be CANS certified. * This is an opportunity for a paid internship too up to 20 hrs.

The hours are Monday through Friday Flexible between 10am - 7pm. This schedule would change as needed based on client's clinical needs. Hybrid telehealth in person model.

Responsibilities include development of a treatment plan and using established therapeutic techniques and intensive family therapy, working with the entire family, or a subset of the family, to implement focused structural or strategic interventions and behavioral techniques. Goals are designed to enhance problem solving, limit-setting, risk management/safety planning, communication, build skills to strengthen the family, advance therapeutic goals, or improve ineffective patterns of interaction, identify and utilize community resources, develop and maintain natural supports for the youth and parents/caregiver(s) in order to promote sustainability of treatment gains. The candidate must have the skills necessary to engage and work with others from diverse backgrounds, maintain a non-judgmental attitude towards families and have the willingness and ability to work some slightly flexible hours as needed to meet the clinical needs of the child and family.
