JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Director of Behavioral Health, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing clinical oversight for services in the clinic. The supervisor will provide clinical supervision.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carry a caseload of clients to provide ongoing therapy, conducts assessment/reassessments of client service needs and priorities according to OMH standards.
• Develops (in conjunction with the client) appropriate treatment plans based on assessment.
• Case conferencing with other providers to determine goals/objectives, activities, and who will perform needed tasks related to mental health issues for client and family.
• Provides Supervision to program staff.
• Creates/forms linkage agreements with potential referral sources.
• Assist with chart reviews and day-to-day clinical oversight of the clinic.
• Monitors, updates and distributes high-risk lists weekly.
• Facilitates team meetings.
• Participates in quarterly QA/incident review committee meetings.
• Ensures the reporting of all incidents according to Justice Center/OMH regulations
• Supervises/Coordinates interns as part of our Clinical Internship program
• Provide crisis intervention (aggressive behavior; suicide threats, ideation; DV).

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Experience understanding and demonstrated ability to generate revenues for clinical services.
• Experience with Medicaid/managing care and other types of client billings.
• Experience working in the community and knowledge of community resources.
• A strong written and oral communication skill is necessary.
• Must be reliable and consistent with attendance and punctuality to work.
• Knowledge of OMH regulations is required.
• Knowledge of Evidenced Based Practices (Seeking Safety, Motivational Interviewing, Health Belief Model, CBT).

EDUCATION: Minimum: Masters Degree in Social Work or related field.

WORK EXPERIENCES:

• LCSW, LMSW or LMHC (Required)
• Minimum: 3 years clinical supervisory experience preferred
• strong clinical knowledge required as well as SIFI or SIFI eligible.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
