Clinical Social Worker-Part Time Job at Tender Heart Therapeutic Arts & Crafts
We are looking for a clinical social worker (LMSW) to provide direct clinical services to the elderly and disabled in AFC home and assisted living settings. LMSW is responsible for facilitating group and 1:1 sessions utilizing interactive tools such as art, crafts, activities, and strength based skills. LMSW will also be responsible for session documentation and assisting in completing assessments. Candidate must have experience with the disabled and/or elderly population and be willing to actively engage with clients. LMSW should be proficient in clinical assessments of clients and groups and have experience with EMR systems.
The ideal candidate will be positive, energetic, creative, loves what they do, and will not compromise when it comes to providing the highest quality of care and kindness to our clients.

****Position averages 12-15 hrs/week. Tues/Wed and typical schedule is 9:30-4:30. More hours are also available.
Candidate must be willing to drive to every facility we service. Locations include Livonia, Novi, Northville, Canton and a few surrounding cities.
****Position pays $42.50/hr.
****Bonuses are given twice a year. We also recognize Employee of the Year, Team of the Year, and Employee of the Quarter.
****PTO and 401k are available with this position.
Educational Requirements:
**Candidates MUST have a master's degree in social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education; qualified by the State of Michigan for full licensure as a Master Degree Social Worker (LMSW) to be considered for this position
