Clinical Informatics Associate - Chinatown Job at Charles B. Wang Community Health Center
Responsibilities:
- Support and trouble shoot problems with electronic medical records and other ancillary clinical information systems
- Work with clinical teams to develop and optimize GE Centricity EHR templates using GE visual form editor (VFE) and HTML
- Optimize EHR functions and support efficient clinical workflows to improve the quality of care and patient safety
- Support reporting requirements for clinical performance measures drawing upon a variety of data sources to support departmental and organizational clinical quality improvement goals
- Provide administrative support to the Clinical Informatics Department
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Clinical Informatics, Public Health, Nursing and other related fields
- Able to write SQL queries and create views, stored procedures to fulfill data requests and ad-hoc report requests
- Strong experience working with reporting tools like SAP Crystal Reports or Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
- Able to multi task, excellent written and oral communication skills and strong attention to details
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $60,000.00 - 65,000.00 per year
