Our client is looking for a Clinical Director in the Philadelphia, PA area. Must have a Masters degree, BCBA certification, behavior specialist licensure, and experience providing supervision to a large team.

Schedule: Flexible, Occasional evening and weekend work required

Pay: Based on experience

Travel: some travel required between sites and within the community

Summary:

• Provide reliable and high-quality care
• Ensure direct service staff and supervisors are supervised in accordance with company procedures and intensive behavioral health services (IBHS) applied behavior analysis (ABA) regulation
• Lead & motivate a clinical team that is distributed across multiple community and home locations
• Ensuring staff are meeting requirements such as reasonable billable hours targets and managing staff
• Ensure care and treatment plans are being completed accordingly and coordinated with service providers
• Oversee, supervise, and manage a team
• Ensure staff who provide therapy have access to supervisory staff during the hours that services are provided
• Ensure all proper documentation is being completed
• Provide supervision for therapists working towards licensures/certifications
• Train Staff and ensure appropriate trainings are being completed
• Other duties as assigned or needed

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Masters Degree
• Current PA BCBA
• Current PA Behavior Specialist License
• Experience providing supervision and management to a clinical team
• Experience providing ABA services to adolescents, teens, and families
• Experience working as a BCBA
• Experience overseeing and providing group services
• Experience providing services within a home setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
