Clinic Nurse Tech - MHC - Dardanelle Job at Millard Henry Clinic
The clinic nurse tech is responsible in collaborating with other health care professionals when delivering direct patient care in accordance with the standards and expectations of the institution as supported by the mission, vision, and core values of the organization. The clinic nurse tech will complete patient intake, including: patient vitals, medication, allergies, patient histories within electronic health record and patient education with the patient portal. The clinic nurse tech cannot give, document, or call in prescriptions or give any medical advice. They cannot perform any procedures nor do anything that requires a nurse license or a medical assistant certification. Other duties and assignments as required or requested.
Experience
Preferred- 1 year(s): Health Care
Education
Required- High School Diploma or GED or better
Licenses & Certifications
Preferred- BLS
