Channel Partner Services Lead (remote) Job at Cognizant
Cognizant (NASDAQ: CTSH) is a leading provider IT and BPO services, providing strategic initiatives to a variety of global clients. We are searching for a new Channel Partner Services Lead to orchestrate one of our tech sales operations. This role is 100% remote, as long as you live in the US.
Minimum Qualifications - Industry Experience
- At least 10-15 years of solid experience leading positions in technology companies in a B2B sales context (preferably with cloud technologies)
- 10 years of experience in sales, sales operations, partner enablement and related go-to-market experience functions with a proven track record in the technology industry
- Detailed understanding of ISV (Independent Software Vendor) solutions with the ability to advise on all aspects of the associated sales process
- Experience in the full management lifecycle of technology partners: identification, activation, training, retention, and executing go-to-market activities at scale
Communications & Stakeholder Management
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent interpersonal & client relationship skills
- Frequent interaction with executive leaders
- Ability to influence at the senior management level with effective presentations and proposals
People Management
- Experience in the full people management lifecycle (recruitment, mentoring, performance management etc.)
- Experience leading global teams with multiple management layers and setting direction for the organization
Program & Project Management
- Experience leading programs at a high level, setting direction for the team and interfacing with executive-level leadership in program performance
- Experience organizing and leading programs and projects within the relevant domain using industry best practices
Education Requirements
- Bachelors in a related field required. MBA (preferred)
Primary Responsibilities
- Act as the overall leader and the highest-level escalation point of contact for the program
- Work closely with key stakeholders and Leads to continuously improve service offerings and ensure function is best-equipped to deliver contractual OKRs and KPIs
- Originate, develop, and maintain senior level client relationships within the business organization and client stakeholders
- Drive coaching and knowledge sharing sessions across regions and POD leads.
- Implement cross collaboration and sharing of best practices across teams
- Collaborate with Cognizant internal COEs on a regular basis to ensure proper support, advisory and standard process guidance for key specialty areas (PEX, PitchHub, GPM etc.)
- Ensure that teams adhere to defined key SLAs and metrics to meet quality standards.
- Provide status of operations to Client and Cognizant senior leaders on a regular cadence with business reviews (weekly, monthly and quarterly)
- Lead the PCS program by articulating distinct points of on clients’ business processes and needs in the cloud space
- Provide consultative thought leadership and develop bespoke detailed iterative solutions addressing those requirements
- Identify areas for innovation and efficiency within the client’s PCS Program
- Ensure that industry best practices for the PCS Team are effectively applied to the clients business needs
