La Casa Family Health Center is accepting applications for a full-time Certified Pharmacy Technician in the Clovis clinic. This position is responsible for processing pharmacy program paperwork, receiving calls and/or faxes for medication refills, obtaining prior authorization(s) for new and existing prescribed medications, monitoring the EHR system to ensure that prescriptions go through to the pharmacy appropriately and in a timely manner and working collaboratively with providers to review formulary medications. This position is also responsible for organizing and documenting sample medications in the drug room and reviewing all medications for expiration dates. Job location is Clovis clinic. CPhT certification and bi-lingual required. Pre-employment background check, drug screen and COVID vaccination required. La Casa is an EOE.
