Currently seeking Experienced Class A CDL truck drivers to come aboard our growing team. The CDL-A truck driver will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods and other articles of trade to our customers. The CDL-A truck driver position is tasked with driving and maintaining trucks that will be assigned to you, as well as working closely with our team of dispatchers in order to plan routes and track deliveries.
Compensation
- Average weekly gross pay: $8,000
- 80% of each load
- $1,500 driver referral bonus
- Paid weekly settlements
Highlights
- Will operate under Brite Logistics authority
- No forced dispatch
- Weekly $41 for occupational health
- Escrow payment of $2,500. ($250 per week for 10 weeks)

Home Time, Route, & Schedule
- Home Every Week Living in:
- WI, IL, MO, TN, KY, IN, MI, OH, PA NJ, DE, MD, NC, SC, GA
- Home Every 2 weeks Living in:
- MN, LA, MS, AL, WV, VA, East TX
- Home Every 4 weeks Living in:
- IA, KS, OK, NY, CT, RI, MA, NH, VT, ME
- Typical Schedule: Monday – Saturday morning with 34-hour reset
- Route: OTR with 50% dedicated lanes
- 65% drop and hook and all no touch freight
Equipment
- Must have your own truck; 2010 or newer with title/lease agreement, registration, 2290, SS-4 and proof of insurance
- Truck must pass maintenance inspection
Qualifications
- Must be at least 23 years of age
- Must have CDL A license
- Must have a minimum of 1-year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience with a clean driving record
- No at fault accidents and no more than 4 moving violations in the last 3 years
- No DUI/DWIs or possession charges
- Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
- Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
- Hiring Radius: Prefer drivers located in any of the below states:
- WI, IL, MO, TN, KY, IN, MI, OH, PA NJ, DE, MD, NC, SC, GA, MN, LA, MS, AL, WV, VA, TX, IA, KS, OK, NY, CT, RI, MA, NH, VT, ME
