CCS/CLTS/MENTAL HEALTH and AODA CASE MANAGER Job at Washburn County
Washburn County is seeking applicants for a CCS/CLTS/Mental Health & AODA Case Manager position in the Mental Health & AODA Unit with the Department of Health and Human Services. CCS is a community and team based voluntary program serving adults and children experiencing mental health and/or AODA issues. The CLTS Waiver Program is a voluntary community-based program for children with Severe Emotional Disturbances (SED). Considerable knowledge of mental health and AODA as well as independent judgment, discretion and boundaries are required in working with individuals, families, providers, and community agencies. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or closely related field OR five or more years of providing case management services to the mental health and/or AODA population, and a valid WI driver's license.
