Key Responsibilities:

Catering Operational Excellence

• Work closely with leadership and Heart of House team to ensure the Restaurant has all food and paper goods needed to be “guest ready” to execute upcoming catering orders.
• Facilitate delivery coverage for all orders
• Ensure order accuracy, on-time deliveries and payment methods
• Communicate all guest relations to Guest Specialist for follow up
• Ensure drivers and team members provide REMARKable catering experience for all catering guests
• Execute and uphold all food safety standards
• Model and Support clear communication

Stewardship of Catering Resources

• Ensure the catering equipment and catering areas in the are clean and organized
• Ensure proper cleanliness and care is taken with interior and exterior of Catering Delivery Van
• Coordinate with Maintenance team to ensure regular maintenance on catering van upheld

Achieve Sustainable Catering Business Growth

• Create and maintain documentation catering procedures through a continuous improvement mindset. Communicate catering operational improvements to operational leadership
• Develop catering guest relations in a professional and friendly manner that is consistent with CFAF vision and values
• Pursue Catering business leads through Lead calls and promotional opportunities
• Leads or assists in product sampling events through coordinating communication with Sales and Brand Growth Team
• Develop team members that facilitate aspects of the catering business to uphold standards to deliver REMARKable catering experiences
• Understand and model all aspects of Second Mile Service, Operational Excellence and Creating Emotional Connections

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate MUST meet Full time status availability
• Candidate must be available on Saturdays
• Position will report to Marketing Director
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 9 hours and lifting up to 50lbs. Ability to carry totes/TMS Bags (approximately 10- 40 lbs.) filled with catering food trays and gallon beverages.
• Must have a valid New Jersey license and ability to drive the catering van
• Able to fulfill team member shift responsibilities in the absence of catering orders
• Must be able to demonstrate strong knowledge of brand and menu items
• Strong communication skills - verbal and written • high standards in the area of operational excellence, quality, and customer service
• Must demonstrate strong application of CFAF values, mission, vision, and corporate purpose statement in the way they work
• Must be able to uphold our Leadership Standards of Excellence
• Reliable
