Tactful call management
Ability to use Basic Microsoft programs, update spreadsheets, create word documents.
Needs to have excellent communication skills both verbally and through email maintaining a level of professionalism that represents our brand.
Able to sit and look at computer screens for 5 + Hours while taking calls and helping our fans.
Will need to be able to learn the R&R BBQ menu to speak to it fluently to assist fans via Phone.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
A typical day at R&R Barbeque will always be exciting and never dull! You'll wear many different hats, but your primary responsibility is to give our customers a positive experience. So if you're in the kitchen or handling the cash register - whether it's serving up some mouth-watering BBQ or wiping down tables after dinner hours are over - we want you to enjoy what you do every single day. You are responsible for executing the quality of food, following proper catering procedures and R&R standards. You will communicate clearly with guests and take new catering orders as well as filling and delivering orders within the specified time

WHO WE ARE
R&R BBQ started as a hobby. Our founders were barbecuing for friends and family and soon entered competitions in the Salt Lake City area. Win after win led them to regional contests which ultimately qualified them to compete in the largest contests in the US where they placed among the top teams. The first R&R BBQ storefront then opened in 2013 in downtown Salt Lake City, followed 2 years later by the second location in South Jordan.
Today there are 12 restaurants located in three states with rapid growth to new markets in the near future. Our recipes, spice rubs, BBQ sauces, and smoking techniques remain unchanged since the early days of competition, with our goal to continue to win our most important contest every day – pleasing each and every guest.
