Duties
Responsibilities for this position include, but not limited to:
- Interacting with the staff & customers
- Installing carpet & other types of flooring properly
- Working alongside other installation professionals and construction site colleagues
- Providing exquisite customer service
- Ability to prioritize and time manage effectively
Requirements
Qualifications for this position:
- High attention to detail
- Good people skills
- Full knowledge of carpet installation (stretch in & direct glue down)
- Able to lay out carpet properly
- Able to heat seam carpet properly
- Able to stretch carpet properly with a power stretcher
- Full knowledge of installation of other flooring types (vinyl plank, engineered wood, & etc.)
- Independent proactive thinker
- Team player
- Liability insurance
- Worker's Compensation insurance or exemption from the same
- Incorporation paperwork (C-corp, S-corp, LLC, & etc)
- Reliable transportation
