Performs routine and stat ECG?s, nuclear stress tests, exercise stress tests, and stress dobutamine echocardiograms under the supervision of a Certified Cardiovascular Technologist, physician, PA and/or NP.
Delivers excellent customer service utilizing Relationship Based Care to advocate for safety, patient preferences, and optimal communication through partnering with patients/families and colleagues, including all internal and external customers. Talent Pool; Allied Health

Responsibilities:
Performs and reports results of all stat and routine ECG's completely with good quality in a timely manner. -
Performs nuclear stress tests, exercise treadmill tests, and stress echocardiograms under the supervision of a CCT. Reports abnormalities to attending physician

Prepares and edits ECG and exercise ECG test results in MUSE for distribution to appropriate divisions and physicians in a timely manner.

ECG charge entry and reconciliation throughout Cone Health system

Performs quality assurance measures for lab and hospital. Reconciles lab statistics to provide accurate data of lab activities and procedures.

Operates, troubleshoots, and appropriately requests repair of testing equipment in a safe, appropriate, and knowledgeable manner.

Maintains skills for all current procedures performed. Learns new skills and procedures as changes occur. -
Maintains BLS and CPR certification.

High School Diploma or equivalent, Required
EXPERIENCE:
6 months, Healthcare - Allied Health, Preferred
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
REQUIRED
BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
Pass Certified Cardiographic Technologist exam by Cardiovascular Credentialing International within 24 months of start date.
ACLS certification within one year of hire.
