Specifically, The Shelter and Transitional Living program provides services and appropriate supportive services for youth and young adults who are homeless, runaways, and survivors of commercial exploitation (Human Trafficking).

Job Summary:*
The Campus and Outreach Administrator is responsible for overseeing our National Safe Place Contract, coordinating the San Antonio campus staff schedules, and networking with external stakeholders about our services. This position requires coordination with the National Safe Network, various government agencies, local businesses, community groups, and non-profit organizations to connect youth and young adults to services. This position will passionately represent the mission of RMYA in the community and drive tactics for increasing awareness of RMYA programs and services —deepening and expanding community relationships to enhance the agency's ability to achieve its mission.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Outreach Coordination*
*
National Safe Place Contract*
- Oversee the National Safe Place Contract and engage with local business and governmental agencies to develop existing and new Safe Place Sites, in order to strategically increase youth access to services throughout the community.
- Conduct audits of Safe Place Sites to ensure site staff are knowledgeable of procedures, appropriate signage is in place, safe room is appropriate, and handout materials are available.
- Maintain and enter data into the Safe Place database reporting system.
- Prepare and submit monthly Safe Place reports in the safe place data system.
- Respond to youth requesting Safe Place services at a Safe Place Site, and transport youth to Drop-In Center.
- Give presentations to schools and community agencies, serving school age youth.
- Order Safe Place materials for distribution to area schools and Safe Place Sites.

Youth & Community Engagement*
- Maintain and coordinate providing the public with agency information, consistent with the messaging provided and approved by the designated executive.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and community partners in various formal and informal settings.
- Attend community events focused on youth exploitation to promote RMYA initiatives including donor and volunteer activities.
- Thoroughly understand and explain RMYA’s admissions procedures, clients we serve, and any required documents.

Campus Administration*

Scheduling*
- Work closely with senior leadership on the San Antonio Campus to complete the campus schedule and ensure the campus is scheduled with the appropriate staff and resources.
- Coordinate with the Meadowland Workforce and Admissions Administrator to share staff resources agency wide as needed.
- Serves as Campus Administrator or scheduled shifts and performs campus on call duties.

Admissions Administration*
- Assists with the administration of the full cycle admission and dismissal processes.
- Coordinates pre-admission of new residents, provides new resident orientation, ensures intake documentation meets compliance requirements and enters data in client management system.
- Serves on the Admissions team by reviewing and screening applications for placement and any additional referral documentation and documents all in client data management system.

Answer all phone calls to ensure accurate information is received by all interested parties.
- Read and respond to emails promptly to ensure accurate and constant communication with clinicians, caseworkers, probation officers, and other interested parties.

Other Duties/Responsibilities:*

Supports all RMYA policies and procedures, and actively participate in their development by proposing changes and updates as well as working on teams designed to improve how we work together.
- Maintain open communication and positive, productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards as prescribed by RMYA.
- Maintain personally required training hours.
- Maintain confidentiality in all areas of administrative, financial, and program operations.
- Represent RMYA in a professional manner at community events.

Required Qualifications:*
Education / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant and 2 years direct care experience
- Excellent communication skills, online, verbal and written.
- Certification/Licenses: Valid Texas driver’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire. Must possess and maintain acceptable driving record.

Physical Requirements*
- Periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Few opportunities to relax during shifts; constant walking, standing, sitting, bending, arm and wrist rotation, squatting, crawling, twisting, turning, kneeling, reaching, jumping, climbing stairs; frequent reading, writing, and typing, occasional lifting and carrying at least 20 pounds, pushing, pulling, and driving; occasional physical interventions with distressed youth. In person attendance with face shield/mask required.

- The primary work will be in field environments. Other environments include public speaking at partner locations, schools, and community events.
- The position requires a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Shifts in environmental conditions i.e., hot, cold, outdoor, indoor, dry, humid, noise, glare, moving objects, sharp edges, congested areas.
- Fast-paced work using sensory demands i.e. hearing, vision, speech, spatial perception; dealing with multiple, complex, and repetitive tasks, working under pressure and deadlines, attention to detail and precise standards, working alone and in groups, and confrontational situations.

Preferred Qualifications:*
- LCCA License and/or ability to obtain LCCA license preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Experience:
- Volunteer management, customer service, and community organizing experience.
- Some experience and knowledge of security/closed-circuit cameras.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance Requirements*:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
