Come join the team at HCI Sports & Fitness! As a premier sports and fitness center located west of downtown Austin in Bee Cave, our team is in search of Camp Counselors and Camp Supervisors for our Summer Wipeout Camps! Each week of camp features a different theme and includes activities such as sports, recreational games, and arts and crafts for children ages 5-10!

In joining our team as a Camp Counselor or Camp Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for creating a fun camp experience, implementation of planned daily activities, supervision of children, and communication with parents. Camp Supervisor roles will have the additional responsibility of managing staff and all camp activities.

To be a great fit, you’ll have:

• An enthusiastic, energetic, and creative personality!
• CPR/AED certifications (certification provided, if needed)
• At least 18 years of age for Camp Counselor roles and 21+ for Camp Supervisor positions
• High school diploma or GED
• Childcare or camp experience preferred (1 year of experience required for Supervisor roles)
• Previous experience working in a licensed camp program is a plus, but not required
• Availability to work at least 20 hours weekly
• Patience, positivity, and must enjoy working with children!

Camp hours of operation:

• Summer Camps will run from May 30 - August 11, 2023. Camp hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am until 6:00pm, various flexible shifts are available.
• Required in-person and online trainings will occur prior to the start of camp.
