We are searching for an energetic go-getter who is trained and ready to extend upscale care to our patients and clients. Pinnacle Plastic Surgery, Pinnacle Dermatology and PURE Medical Spa provide an active and vibrant work atmosphere, where each member of our team plays an integral role in the overall success of the practice.
Qualified candidates will possess the following expertise.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Schedule appointments, manage the appointment calendars for Medical Staff as well as take messages.
- Provide information and recommendations for complimentary products and services.
Experience:
