Call Center Customer Service Agent Job at Manor Solutions
Manor ir searching for a polite, professional Call Center Customer Service Agent to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with our products and services. The Call Center Customer Service Agent may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. They will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $850- $1250 per week
Responsibilities:
Facilitate and resolve client service requests.
Provide excellent customer service through active listening.
Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity.
Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism.
Set up client files and obtain necessary information.
Required Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferredPhone-related customer service a major plus
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
