Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Cafeteria Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing 10-15 employees on the assigned shift and performing all basic functions required to operate within a cafeteria setting. The Assistant Manager must have experience in all aspects of running a kitchen. The employee in this position will perform job functions that include, but are not limited to:
- Managing
- Training
- Cooking/Cashiering experience
- Maintaining a Clean and Safe Work Environment
- Direct back-up to site manager
- Wage is commiserate with experience.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or 2 years of relevant job experience
- Food service and supervisory experience required.
- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours.
- Must be able to lift 25-35 pounds frequently and 50 pounds on occasion.
- Available to work Monday through Friday and occasionally on Saturdays.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record.
