This position is commission based.

Become a top producer on one of Austin's top-producing teams!
Must be licensed in the state of Texas.
Compensation:$120,000 yearly+
Responsibilities:- Prospect, qualify, research, and close properties
- Deliver proven scripts, tools, and methods to prospective clients
- Lead generation and tracking metrics
- Show homes to clients based on their criteria
- Consistently hit weekly, monthly, and annual sales metrics
- Proven experience in sales and/or customer service.
- Strong drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong written and verbal communication
- Computer savvy and capable of learning other computer applications.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 6 months+ of licensed, Texas real estate experience or one year of real estate-related experience
- Licensed Realtor in the state of Texas
