Responsible to design and implement business processes and system solutions in support of business requirements, objectives, and goals.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business process, procedures, solutions, and systems
- Takes action to exploit opportunities that will have a measurable effect on operational effectiveness, with associated benefits to the business
- Participate in the development of long-range plans and goals
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Facilitate organizational changes and business process improvements
- Provide direction and support to project team
- Provide mentoring to others in the company related to area of expertise
- Keep all stakeholders updated on progress of project
- Other Duties as assigned

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from four-year college or university; and five or more years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5 + years of Material Requirements Planning Software (MRP) experience (INFOR Visual, SAP, Oracle, etc.) in a manufacturing environment
- Detailed knowledge of systems and business processes within Customer Support, Inventory Control, Supply Chain, and Operations; preferably in aircraft or aerospace component production
- Basic accounting knowledge, grasp of financial principles, and an understanding of FIFO costing principles
- Manufacturing experience to include knowledge in all elements of a manufacturing operations including shipping/receiving, inventory control, material and labor planning/scheduling, and customer support activities
- Previous track record of demonstrated leadership skills
- Previous process mapping, transactional analysis, and work flow experience
- Previous Procedure and Work Instruction writing/editing/testing experience
- Ability to engage business and extract, understand, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to facilitate the analysis and design of business processes, and articulate potential changes to business processes in a convincing manner
- Demonstrates high critical thinking and reasoning skills to make sound recommendations on major issues of process improvement within an organization
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of collaboration at all levels
Computer Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite, including Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Advanced MS-Excel knowledge, including Pivot Tables.

- Hiring Salary Range: $94,132.00 - $117,665.00
- Bonus/Commission Eligible: Yes

Final compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, certifications, and relevant work experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
