Duration & Type: 9+ months Contract with a major pharmaceutical industry client

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Support the Senior Business Operations Manager, Center for Outcomes Research and Epidemiology, in activities relating to contracting, process compliance and revision, and budget and timeline adherence across the team activities.
• Responsible to support, coordinate projects for the department/division.
• Responsible for or assists with project development, communication, tracking and reporting for assigned business line or function.
• Works with wide range of business partners and customers to help implement projects as needed.
• Responsible for tracking and reporting the performance of projects. Synthesizes data and provides reports to management and stakeholders on improving operations.
• Create reports and present data to validate and support programs.
• Works on various projects as needed.
• May support multiple projects in a fast-paced, nimble environment. Other duties as assigned.

Required:

• Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent recognized formal training/working experience, preferably in scientific and/or GxP related discipline.
• 1-4 years’ in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience Experience
• Previous experience in life science industry strongly preferred
• Experience in managing multiple projects preferred
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work with all levels and across regions/time zones within an organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly driven, organized, collaborative, and flexible.
• Experience managing multiple overlapping deadlines and work streams.
• Strong sense of teamwork and collaborative focus that inspires confidence within the organization and external partners.
