Job Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Channel Expansion Business Operations Manager to build and foster relationships with both internal and external key partners to support channel expansion operations and programs. They will be tasked with recruiting and managing a new, high-performing team to support the growing wireless business in tackling opportunities for channel & program growth, driving operational efficiency, and developing strategic capabilities. Team management will include leading, coaching, and serving the team towards both professional and personal development, creating bench strength to support expansive DISH Wireless growth.

A successful Channel Expansion Business Operations Manager will work cross-functionally, leveraging organizational resources to maximize operational effectiveness and achieve critical growth goals. In this role, you will:
  • Forecast and budget channel cost and revenue outputs, driving the business towards growth;
  • Own weekly planning sessions with internal and external stakeholders to review current state of the business and identify future opportunities;
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance and build cost effective strategies for improvement;
  • Provide reporting, visibility and feedback to the Vice President of Channel Expansion to ensure alignment with company strategy, accountable for sharing program and operational achievements, issues, and concerns;
  • Collaborate and drive cross-functional teams to plan and deliver against programs and projects requiring efforts across the organization;
  • Engage with and utilize post launch analysis, troubleshoot errors, and deliver required improvements.
Skills, Experience and Requirements:
This position will report directly to the Head of Channel Expansion Operations and plays a vital role in the growth and long-term success of our company. You will have the opportunity to lend your vision to how the company engages, collaborates, and ultimately competes in the marketplace. The wide-ranging nature of the position will afford you the oversight and influence into many aspects of the business. Ideal Channel Expansion Business Operations Manager candidates have:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience in retail wireless);
  • 5+ years of experience in telecommunications or face-paced large scale industry;
  • 2+ years of retail wireless and/or operations management experience;
  • Excellent facilitation skills, strong follow-through abilities, and strong ownership of initiatives and
    issues;
  • Proficient with Google (G-Suite) & basic project management tools

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
Salary Range: USD $76300.00 - $109000.00 / Year
