Business Manager Job at Audi Stratham
Audi Stratham is looking for the right person to strengthen our talented team of experienced Business Managers who can work with both domestic and foreign vehicle financing. This person must have strong automotive financing skills and enjoys working with the public to provide customers with a thorough explanation of automotive aftermarket products and service contracts. All applicants must have a history of exceptional customer service index (C.S.I) scores. Must be motivated to maintain a consistent gross profit per car average on a monthly basis as determined by management. This person will need to establish and maintain a professional working relationship with several financing institutions including manufacturers. The applicant must be able to work collaboratively with the sales staff to develop a high level of financing sales. The applicant must be able to understand and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new/used vehicle and finance departments and conduct business in an ethical, confidential and professional manner. Strong communication and organization skills required. The successful candidate will be able to meet or exceed the dealership standard for customer satisfaction and follow through to ensure all documents are properly signed off and payment received within specified timeframes.
Compensation Package to include:
- Annual Profit Sharing Bonus up to $14,000

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Automotive finance and insurance sales training necessary.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Flexible schedule to cover store hours including some weekends, and be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license
