OpenLoop is looking for driven Business Development Reps (BDRs) to join our sales team right here in Des Moines, Iowa. The ideal candidates will be organized, charismatic and full of hustle.

About the Role

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Clearly articulate OpenLoop’s services and value props to prospective clients
  • Build targeted lead lists aligned to ideal clients, verticals and decision makers
  • Book quality scoping calls across hot inbound leads and cold outbound efforts
  • Nurture leads through a variety of mediums including social, email and phone
  • Input and maintain clean contact data in CRM
  • Support Sales Execs during meetings and with proposal creation
  • Contribute to the growth of our client base and achievement of our revenue goals

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years’ experience in sales, account management or customer success
  • Proven background in generating leads and driving sales growth
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with demonstrated resilience
  • Background in or exposure to healthcare a bonus!
