Position Summary:
We are seeking a Midstream Business Manager in the Texas market that shares our love of learning, working with innovative technology to solve challenging problems, and wants to share in the rewards from your efforts as an owner. As a Midstream Business Manager with AWC, you will be working with our account management teams to develop relationships with industrial leaders, establish and grow strategic accounts by being a go-to expert for continuous process improvement. The Midstream Business Manager will guide, develop, and support our teams in alignment with AWC’s Winning Together culture to ensure the long-term success of the organization.
The Job:
- Thinks creatively and cross-functionally to help Account Managers and business leaders achieve their operational, maintenance, and engineering goals
- Establishes clear sales processes with leading metrics to drive consistent growth
- Provided guidance to technology and service professionals to develop winning optimization strategies
- Strive to build, develop and grow teams as a leader
- Loves to win and takes full responsibility for performance
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong negotiation skills
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science, (Engineering, Technical background)
- 5+ years in Support of Service
- 3+ years in Management role
- Proven success in technology sales, support and/or service industry
- Desire to learn, teach and drive continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience dealing with Farris, Valmet, Siemens, Festo, Oliver Valves, Phoenix Contact, Festo, Banner Engineering Products.
