The Business Analyst - Workday Recruiting is the subject matter expert for the Fox Talent Acquisition team as the primary support contact for Workday Recruiting and Phenom CRM operations and initiatives. Understands full life cycle talent acquisition process at Fox Rehab, to best optimize systems and processes to support hiring plans and retention initiatives. Builds/configures, updates, & maintains business processes, conditional rules, security, alerts/notifications, reporting and dashboards. The role will be responsible for supporting users, managing enhancements and implementations, and leading ad-hoc initiatives. As the Business Analyst - Workday, you will also be heavily involved in system design, testing of system changes, and end-user change management, as well as managing special initiatives.
The primary focus of this role is on Talent Acquisition systems and data, but you may also be involved in supporting other Workday modules including, but not limited to HCM, Benefits, Absence, Payroll and Time Keeping. Please note - this position is fully remote.
Responsibilities:
Technical:
- Understands full life cycle talent acquisition process at Fox Rehab, to best optimize systems and processes to support hiring plans and retention initiatives.
- Support the Fox Talent Acquisition team as the primary support contact for Workday Recruiting and Phenom CRM operations and initiatives, with support for other Workday modules as a secondary are of responsibility.
- Build/configure, update, & maintain business processes, conditional rules, security, alerts/notifications, reporting and dashboards.
- Responsible for gathering requirements with internal process owners and cross-functional teams; defining business requirements and project scope in line with system capabilities; writing test scripts and process documents; performing unit and end-to-end testing as well as coordinating/leading cross-functional UAT; and supporting deployments, change management, training, and cut-over activities.
- Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Train new users and clients on new processes/functionality
- Support business requests, special projects, and analysis for Recruitment, People Resources, and internal clients
- Serve as a technical point of contact and subject matter expert for Workday, working independently to research and resolve issues or process flaws
Leadership:
- Coach, train, educate, motivate and support team members in office and from a virtual office environment in the areas of technologies and workflows.
- Understand and exemplify the practice's branding, culture, mission and vision.
Data Analysis:
- Analyze data from Workday, as well as the practice's various sourcing tools ensure data integrity and alignment between systems.
- Make recommendations to workflow and ATS configuration to improve data integrity and department efficiencies.
- Validate data exchange for Business Intelligence (BI) tool and ATS systems as needed.
- Respond to ad hoc report requests from recruiting leadership, recruiting teams, other internal departments, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, IT or related area or 5 years of equivalent education and work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of Workday administration and configuration experience, with at least 1 year focused on Workday Recruiting.
- Workday Recruiting or HCM Certification (current or expired) is preferred.
- Strong Workday Report development skills required, with advanced custom calculations experience a plus.
- Experience in other Workday modules (HCM, Absence, Payroll) a plus.
- WD Integration support experience a plus
- Phenom experience preferred
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret business needs, problem solve, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive individual with strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Detail oriented and strong ownership of work.
- Demonstrate good judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive data.
