Responsibilities

· Delivering superior guest services and ensuring an excellent service experience

· Training and encouraging team members

· Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching

· Labor management with the skill of consistently hitting results

· Daily and weekly management of shifts while upholding QSC

· Ability to conduct inventories

· Daily, Weekly, & Monthly food cost management

· Manage the repair, maintenance, & overall cleanliness of the restaurant

· Uphold health & food safety of the restaurant

Requirements

· Minimum 1 year of proven experience as supervisor or relevant role

· Minimum of 6 months kitchen experience

· Self-Motivated

· Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

· Willingness to work in a hands-on environment (Get your hands dirty)

· Ability to make effective decisions

· Excellent verbal & written communication skills

· Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role

· A stable work history with positive references
