This is a DIRECT hire opportunity, NOT a Contractual role.

Job Description
- Responsible for the development and documentation of interior and exterior vehicle fit and finish (gap/flush) requirements from vehicle concept phase through launch.
- Coordinating competitive dimensional benchmarking activities and compiling data using statistical methods, leading target setting workshops and working closely with product styling, engineering, quality, and manufacturing throughout all design phases to ensure targets are feasible, achievable, and meet customer’s expectations of quality.
Qualifications
Additional Information
- 3+ years experience in relevent field.
- Project/Program Management experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Engineering.
- Self-motivator with a strong passion for automobiles and appreciation for quality.
- Basic understanding of statistics and root cause problem solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
- Experience with CAD is a plus.
- Good communication, organizational and leadership skills a must!
