The Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Conference Center is currently hiring full-time benefitted Breakfast/Lunch Servers for Zachariah's. Zachariah’s falls under the banquet department and is the hotel’s breakfast restaurant, and private corporate lunch room (as needed).

Seeking a candidate with availability (Sunday through Saturday) with 6am-3pm being the typical hours. The opportunity to pick up additional banquet event work is available for interested/qualified candidates (not a requirement).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of la carte or banquet service preferred
• Excellent communication skills. Able to handle difficult situations ( i.e. disgruntled customer).
• Must be personable, friendly and provide excellent customer service. Professional posture.
• Bartending experience is a bonus, as the need for extra bartenders to supplement our existing team sometimes occur

The hiring range for this position is $6.75-$8.32 per hour + tips. The final salary offer will vary based on individual education, skills, and experience. This position is eligible to participate in an incentive plan, career development opportunities, free meals, and Sheraton/Marriott employee discount at participating hotels.
