The Position:
We are looking for an energetic, outgoing individual to join our team as our Breakfast Attendant. This person is responsible to: Set-Up, Maintain, and Break down all areas of the breakfast area. Assist guests as needed and to ensure all foods are properly served. Essential Job Duties include:
- Set-up (if required) all areas of the breakfast room
- Maintain all areas of the breakfast room during breakfast hours.
- Make sure waste baskets (Trash) are emptied as needed.
- Clear tables and wipe tables as guests depart area.
- Assist guests; help them as needed.
- Take down and clean all areas of the breakfast area. Empty all trash, sweep, mop, and vacuum.
- Wash & dry dishes as required.
- Put away & stock supplies as needed. Make sure enough food is thawing for the next day.
- Let direct supervisor know if it is necessary to order any items (If running low).
- Complete cleaning projects for that day (If any).
- Make sure breakfast area & food are meeting all State & Federal Health Codes.
- Report to work on time in proper uniform, including nametag and hair net.
