BRAND ANALYST

Position Summary:

The Brand Analyst will provide administrative support for teams and brand managers by performing the following duties:

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• 
  Provides administrative sales support for sales teams and brand managers.
• Provides assistance to departments as needed, e.g., maintaining department filing system, distribution of internal and external reports, taking department phone calls, monitoring VMX as requested, putting together presentation materials for account calls, scanning as needed, distributing incoming communications.
• Inventories and orders administrative supplies for the departments; maintains current calendars.
• Prepares and distributes periodic reports, e.g., daily sales and inventory, weekly vacation roster, monthly brand reports, and month-end numbers, as needed.
• Helps with survey and information projects, e.g., product allocations, SKU, and portfolio updates (new and discontinued items).
• Writes up sample tickets as needed.
• Assists with maintaining customer account information.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 
  Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access and PowerPoint
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to speak effectively with internal and external customers
