JOB TITLE: BRANCH MANAGER

Our belief is that a “Branch Office” should be run and operated by the Branch Manager. The Branch Manager should have the freedom to make decisions and truly “Run” his/her branch, as long as the decisions are legally and morally sound. The corporate office provides administrative assistance (payroll, accounting, HR, phones, labor resources, etc.) and coaching to the Branch Manager. The key areas of responsibility for a Branch Manager are Hiring, HR Management, Training, Quality Control, Customer Relations, Marketing and Sales. A full job description is available upon request.
Frequent travel within a 45 mile radius of Champaign-Urbana is required.
