Millennium Print Group (MPG), a Subsidiary of The Pokémon Company International (TPCi), is located in Greensboro, NC. This job will be performed in Greensboro, N.C. The city of Greensboro lies among the rolling hills of North Carolina's Piedmont Triad (Greensboro/High Point/Winston-Salem) , midway between the state's Blue Ridge and Great Smoky Mountains to the west and the Atlantic beaches and Outer Banks to the east.

Over the years, MPG has assembled a dedicated and highly talented staff of print professionals and has built a world-class manufacturing plant that is customer focused, market-competitive, and quality driven. Our unique ability offers a variety of printing and finishing services specializing in trading collectible cards and packaging (folding carton) products.

Since 2020, our Greensboro location has tripled in size to approximately a $75 million manufacturing production plant with a projection of continued organic growth through a strategic approach.

MPG has expanded its production capacity along with adding new bindery equipment. At the present time, MPG is seeking to hire experienced Bindery Operators to join our growing and profitable company looking to advance their careers. Position Responsibilities:

The Bindery Operator finishes high-quality products by setting up and operating equipment which includes automated cutters, folders, and saddle stitchers. Sets up and operates equipment efficiently to meet or exceed customer requirements and the company's quality standards. Monitors the product for quality while minimizing waste and rework. Diagnoses problems, makes adjustments, troubleshoots and provides the required maintenance to equipment in a timely manner. Observes established safe working and housekeeping procedures and follows all standard operating procedures and work. Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.

Position Qualifications:

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years commercial bindery operator experience which includes setting up and operating cutting and folding equipment within a commercial printing environment. Previous work experience in setting up and operating saddle stitching equipment is highly desirable.
