Billing Analyst - Brownsburg, IN Job at Badger Daylighting Corp.
Description
Reports to the Billing Manager, responsible for the following key accountabilities.
- Monitor the credit/rebill form on Sharepoint for new approved credit/rebills.
- Determine if all necessary components for the write up and approval of the submission have been met. Follow up with the field for any questions or additional approvals needed.
- Write up credit/rebills for processing. Paying attention to details and consulting SOP's for any special handling requirements.
- Collaborate with collections, cash ap, operations as needed to ensure proper processing and problem solving as needed.
- Working knowledge of Badger cost centers and GL accounts.
- Weekly follow-up on submissions that require additional approvals.
- Daily maintenance of spreadsheets
- Weekly reporting
- Interdepartmental coverage of duties as assigned
- Accurate creation of credits/rebills in Oracle.
Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Accounting, or High School Diploma with relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience working in an accounting environment
- Possessing problem solving and analytical skills is essential
- Excellent keying skills and written communication is essential
- Extremely organized in order to handle the high volume and detailed tasks associated with this position.
In accordance with applicable law, the following represents Badger's reasonable estimate of the hiring compensation range for this role.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Compensation may vary and will be determined by the geographic location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
Will be required to successfully complete pre-employment screening, which may include criminal background check, credit check, MVR history and drug test.
