Biller -- FT Job at WHS Washington Hospital
The Biller assists the professional staff in submitting primary and secondary claims to medical insurance companies, and processing all payments and adjustments. The Biller is responsible for meeting and maintaining established medical protocols.
Shift: Mon-Fri 7:30 a - 4:00 p
Hours: 40hrs per week

Experience
Required- Basic Excel and computer skills required
- 1 - 2 years: Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, HMO's/PPO's, and Patient Billing
- 1 - 2 years: in physician or hospital billing, hospital credit and collections, hospital insurance verification required or recent graduate of a medical billing program.
Education
Required- High School/GED or better
