Job Overview:

APTIM Energy Solutions is seeking a bilingual Project Coordinator who will be a customer service representative for the City and County of Denver's Home Energy and E-bike Rebate Programs and new emobility programs with APTIM. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing program services, support, and analysis for the programs, which are incentive programs available to all City and County of Denver residents and new emobility programs coming online. The programs provide point of sale rebates to residents to offset the cost of purchasing e-bikes, heat pumps, heat pump water heaters, EV chargers, battery storage, and solar. Location is targeted to Denver/north Denver to Fort Collins as hybrid office/telecommute will be needed for this role.

This position is responsible for providing customer service and administrative support to the team while ensuring that information is accurate, projects are maintained and continuously reviewed, and providing ongoing communication with key internal stakeholders and customers. This position is additionally responsible for customer incentive reviews verifications, processing, and supporting or directly coordinating projects with internal functional teams. Our role as the Program Administrator is to develop and manage rebate programs for utilities and local governments that assist our clients in meeting their climate and equity goals.

You will also be working with others who are passionate about clean energy, energy efficiency and making a positive impact on the industry.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Work as part of a clean energy/energy efficiency team ensuring that the administration, implementation, and verification of climate impact projects are successfully executed.
  • Act as a Spanish bilingual customer service representative. Develop, maintain, and engage with customers through email and outbound calling and updating program databases as needed.
  • Review project application forms by customers, contractors, engineers/consultants, and other program participants to ascertain compliance with program policies and procedures.
  • Maintain, update, and add entries to the system databases accurately.
  • Assist with project reporting, scheduling and other issues as needed.
  • Proven experience developing and maintaining relationships with internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Develop relationships with program partners to identify and address their needs from the Program to provide information to the program managers.
  • Work with customers of all backgrounds and computer proficiency knowledge access our programs.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office software.
  • Conduct QA/QC of Program processes and protocols, offering design improvements, analysis, and recommendation under the direction of the lead project specialist.
  • Contract reporting and tracking program performance and metrics.
  • Directly assist in the resolution of Program operation issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all APTIM and client quality and safety policies as well as all OSHA regulations

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associates or bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college / university or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years' program/project experience related to energy program management, implementation, or administrative oversight.
  • Strong communication skills, fluent in English and Spanish experience with client engagement and coordination.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM systems and tracking systems.
  • Quantitative and analytic capabilities including report writing, spreadsheet analysis, and identification of existing or potential problems, and recommend solutions.
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems and recommend solutions.
  • Must be a self-starter, entrepreneurial, organized and have an ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management, project management, and follow-through.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies across multiple industries.
  • Commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment within the team and the broader organization.

Desired/Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years' experience with programs targeting energy efficiency, EV infrastructure or vehicle electrification.
  • 2-4 years of previous office experience.
