Responsible for the daily fabrication and installation metrics of the facility. This position ensures the accuracy and timeliness of all job functions, promoting a quality finished product delivered to the customer. This position is located near the Greenspoint area.

• 
  Owner of plant processes - continuous strive to improve efficiencies and productivity while retaining the highest possible quality of finished product.
• Achieve fabrication goals - study production schedules and estimate work hour requirements to ensure schedules are met.
• Manage the scheduling process to meet the customer’s expectation and demand.
• Coordinate workload of crews; prioritize job assignments.
• Maintain compliance of company policies, safety standards, quality specifications, regulatory requirements and sanitation practices.
• Manage maintenance of production equipment.
• Inspect quality of work in progress and finished products.
• Assist staff in resolving problems/issues.
• Participate in the training, development, and evaluation of subordinates.
• Support and adhere to all company disciplinary action procedures.
• Occasionally drive company vehicle to job sites and other project areas.
• Assist in the counting of physical inventory.
• May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed.

Qualifications

Education:

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent education and experience combined.

Experience:

• Positions of increased responsibility with a minimum of 2 years management and supervisory experience in related field.
