Southport Truck Group is growing! To meet our customers’ needs we are looking for Bi-Lingual Inside Parts Specialist. This is a commission-based sales position and has great opportunity for uncapped growth.

We are looking for friendly, hardworking, and reliable individuals who can learn and deliver elite customer service. Whether you have prior parts sales experience, or are looking to find a career path, this position will allow you to learn, grow, and make money.

Responsibilities

• Help customers in identifying and obtaining all the parts necessary to keep their trucks on the road.
• Communicate with customers on the status of part orders throughout the sales process.
• Communicate with customers in a professional manner and friendly manner.
• Be able to read and understand the parts catalog when looking up parts.
• Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
• Ability to pull and fill orders from stock.
• Locates out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessary.
• Follow processes to ensure payment of orders.
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bi-Lingual - English/Spanish.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Have strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Self-motivated and disciplined.
• Communicate in a kind and courteous manner with customers and employees.
• Ability to use multiple computer applications in Windows.
• Able and willing to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout shift.
• Able to walk 3+ miles a shift
• Work Shifts as scheduled.
