MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy is looking to hire Behavior Therapists (BT) with a passion for care to work in our Metro Detroit Therapy Centers.

We are seeking a behavioral technician who is energetic and enthusiastic about helping children succeed. You'll work alongside experienced therapists to provide care for children with a range of developmental and behavioral needs. At MetroEHS, we believe in a truly collaborative approach. Our Behavior Technician team members work under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to carry out treatment plans with our amazing little superheroes. Behavior Technicians assist children with special needs in learning day to day tasks. This is an important, much needed, and growing field, and it can be the start of a new career.

MetroEHS will invest in your success by paying for your RBT exam and providing an automatic $2.00 hourly pay increase upon successfully passing RBT exam. You will receive 40 hr., in-person, paid BT curriculum training with field experience and potential TB Test, CPR, and additional training reimbursements.

MetroEHS values the time and commitment of our behavior technicians. To ensure that we utilize your time efficiently, we are adopting a block schedule and looking for candidates with availability to work the following shifts: Morning (8AM-12PM), Afternoon (12:30PM-4:30PM), Evening (4PM-7PM), or a combination.

At MetroEHS, benefits are offered to employees who work 30 or more hours per week for thirty days (this is what we consider full-time status). Those who are hired into a Behavior Technician position typically start out as part-time employees, and have the opportunity to grow into a full-time position depending on their flexibility and the needs of the clinic. Full-time employment qualifies you for the following after 90 days of employment:
