Must live-in and understand the Florida Automotive Retail Market.
We are looking for a Fast-Paced Aggressive Performance Driven Leader.

Qualifications
- 5 Years BDC experience in the automotive industry is REQUIRED
- Automotive Sales experience
- Strong computer skills, ELead CRM experience preferred
- Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written
- Great attitude with high-energy personality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Self-starter and self-motivated
- High school diploma or equivalent
EOE/DFWP
Experience:
- Automotive BDC/Internet Lead Management: 5 years (Required)
- ADP/CDK and Eleads Experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
