$19.54 to start with the potential to increase to over $21.00 after 120 days

2nd and 3rd shift differential .50 per hour; Variable .75 per hour!

• Multiple shifts available:

Standard hours: 6am – 230pm for 1st, 2pm – 10:30pm for 2nd shift and 10pm – 6:30am for 3rd Shift

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Good attendance a must
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs repetitively to waist height
• Weekend work and overtime required
• Ability to climb ladders
• Basic math skills a must
• Able to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical function
• High School Diploma or GED Preferred

Job Description

All positions require manufacturing machine operators to be responsible for food safety, food quality and regulatory requirements in their work areas and pay strict attention to details and have a high quality standard.

May require one or more of the following duties depending on the position or assignment:

• Forklift certification
• Ability/willingness to work in hot/humid conditions
• Set up, and clean processing systems and all manufacturing associated equipment.
• Set up, and clean associated raw and pasteurized equipment (tanks, lines, batch systems, etc.)
• Perform assigned PM’s, rebuild valves, pumps and homogenizer, etc.
• Ability to climb ladders (such as side of tanker truck)
• Adhere to all good manufacturing practices.
• Processing and Milk Receiving Associates must be willing and able to complete and maintain all associated records in accordance with company, state and federal requirements.
• Accomplish all the above in a safe and efficient manner within the manufacturing environment
• Other duties as assigned.
