Bartender requirements:

MINIMUM 2 years experience.

4 days of availability

Punctual, professional, and presentable demeanor
Weekend availability is a plus, but we are flexible
Able to lift 50 lbs, comfortable standing for shift
Maintains a welcoming atmosphere while providing a positive experience to guests; greets guests in a timely and professional manner
Able to serve, take orders, and mix drinks while maintaining a clean and organized workstation, able to mix/pour drinks consistently
Able to work efficiently, cleanly, and multitask
Assists team with batching and inventory control/monitoring
Adheres to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Responsible for dating, labeling, and rotating batches, syrups, garnishes, beverage coolers, backup storage, keg cocktails.
Daily, weekly, and monthly bar cleaning responsibilities.
Operate POS system (Toast) to process checks/payments, and ring orders; responsible for drawer and check in /check out.
Ensures proper processing of all food orders and checks.
Handles bank and cash transactions, responsible for closing paperwork.
Other duties may arise, we value teamwork, and will always provide support
