Hueston Woods Lodge & Conference Center is seeking outgoing, friendly candidates for our Bartender position!

Bartenders may work in the Johnny Appleseed Lounge or Banquet events.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a timely manner as they enter the Johnny Appleseed Lounge or approach the banquet bar
• Prepare drinks as ordered per company specifications
• Take payment for orders placed
• Bartenders in the Lounge also are responsible for preparing drinks for the Smokehouse Restaurant
• Bartenders working in the lounge are also responsible for guests at the bar and tables including taking/serving drink and food orders
• Ensure the bar is clean and stocked at all times

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 or older
• Previous bartending and serving experience preferred
• Knowledgeable of mixed drink recipes, wines and other alcoholic beverages
• Alcohol service training preferred, but will train
• Nights, Weekends & Holidays required
