- Ensure that drinks/team member safety and security standards are met and adhered to consistently.
- Maintain food service and production levels

- Ability to build relationships with new customers and regulars
- Create and take responsibility for the quality of the guest experience.
- Slicing, pitting, and preparing fruit garnishes for drinks
- Be able to perform in a strong team.
- Assessing customer preferences and making drink recommendations
- Ensuring all checklists are completed before and after every shift.
- Other related responsibilities as deemed appropriate by the Bar Manager.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
