Foreman Wolf, a leader in the Baltimore food and wine industry, is looking for a creative and energetic Baking Assistant. We are influenced by various cultures and passionate about local seasonality.
We are willing to train the right person for this position. We're looking for a creative and passionate individual who is driven with strong communication and organizational skills. An understanding of kitchen basics is a must, and early morning availability is required.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in bread baking. 1-2 years is highly desirable.
- Strong Communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge or interest in Classic baking techniques
- A willingness to work early hours, holidays and weekends
- Must be okay with overnights
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and problem solve
- This position requires a hands-on, interactive approach.
