Bakery Assistant Job Description

It is the Bakery Assistant’s responsibility to assure that each Guest enjoys a great experience by assisting to provide baked goods that are both superior in taste and quality. To be personally responsible for all aspects of the Guest experience. Other responsibilities and requirements include, but are not limited to the following:

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Understand and practice all LFCR policies, procedures, and regulations
• Act as a role model to co-workers by displaying a high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity;
• Consistently look your best and have a warm and friendly smile when greeting your Guests;
• Perform all assigned opening and closing duties at the end and startup of shift;
• Maintaining and keeping bakery area clean;
• Upload, organize and restocking supplies;
• Consistently follow sanitation and safety guidelines;

Qualifications:

• Certified Texas Food Handlers;

• Ability to lift and move objects between 15-25 pounds;
• Ability to stand 100% of the time;
• Ability to climb stairs;
• Ability to work in an environment with extreme temperature changes.

Pay: $12 - $14 / hour
