This Position: We are looking for someone who can come in after hours (either at night time, middle of the night, or very early morning) to complete baking duties as needed to set our store up for success in the hours that follow when it is time to open the store for the day. We are flexible as to what time you'd like to work, but will need to have someone who can commit to 3-5 hours a day for 15-25 hours a week during a night, overnight, or early morning shift. We also would ideally like to find someone who can work day shifts on the weekends, but this is not a requirement.

We would spend 1-2 weeks training you during normal operating hours and then it would shift to you working your night time/early morning shift on your own.

Job Duties Include: Looking for a part-time baker that is available to work weekdays and occasional weekend shifts. Baking over 350+ cookies per day and other confections, general cookie baking knowledge (I.e. familiar working with dough, use of cookie cutters, ability to follow recipes, etc.), and cleaning up baking area prior to leaving each day.

Training: We will spend several days with you to train you on how we do things and ensure you are set up for success. We expect that after roughly 1.5-2 weeks that you will be able to operate the baking duties on your own up to full capacity, completing what is needed in a timely manner and up to our standards of what our customers expect from our product.

Required Skills: Previous baking experience, punctual, good time management skills, ability to take direction, ability to follow and stay on track with the Weekly Case List, ability to efficiently keep cookie quality up to Whimsy expectations, and a positive working attitude. Keeping high quality up to our standard is very important as well as being able to work in a fast-paced environment getting all work dine in the scheduled time.

Pay: Based on experience.
