Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and other baked goods using traditional European recipes and techniques
- Measure and mix ingredients to form dough or batter
- Monitor the baking process to ensure that products are baked to perfection
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment
- Ensure that all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and used in accordance with safety regulations
- Develop and create new recipes for seasonal specials and customer requests
- Perform stocking, food prep, and cleaning tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous baking experience in a professional setting
- Must be available to work early mornings
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
