Job Description

· Learn how to read and follow insurance and shop estimates

Compensation

$15.00 to $17.00 per hour

Hourly with the potential to be flat rate based on growth

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

· Help perform repairs on damaged sheet metal and other body parts

· Help remove, replace, or repair body parts using hand tools, power tools, metal forming, and cutting tools

· Willing to learn welding and sectioning procedures

· Help teardown and inspect vehicles while assisting estimator with supplements

· Advises body shop estimator or manager of additional damage during the repair process

· Ensures work areas are clean and equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored

· Operates and uses all body shop equipment properly and safely

· Follows all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

· Willing to work and learn a new trade

· Driver’s License (Required)
